Crank up the sound when out on the water, firing up the grill, or watching an outdoor movie. These coaxial speakers with interchangeable grilles are the perfect upgrade or replacement on your boat or RV, offering better sound over dual-cone speakers.

What is a Coaxial Speaker?
A coaxial speaker consists of a large main speaker (woofer) that reproduces bass sounds, and a separate small speaker (tweeter) that mounts above the woofer and reproduces high frequency sounds. Unlike dual-cone speakers that only use one driver to push sound through two attached cones (woofer and tweeter), a coaxial speaker has separate drivers for the woofer and tweeter along with a built-in crossover to control the frequencies sent to each speaker. This reduces distortion and allows for crisper, more articulate sound over dual-cone speakers.
How to Properly Measure for Cut-Out Dimension
There are two main dimensions you need to know when choosing a replacement speaker or adding a new speaker or speakers to your audio setup:
The cut-out diameter is the width of the circle needed to ensure the speaker mounts flush to the wall or ceiling.
The mounting depth is the depth needed behind the mounting surface for the speaker's frame and magnet structure to fit.

Today we're gonna be taking a look at Jensen's line of marine speakers. These speakers come in a variety of sizes. You can get a five-inch speaker, which has an actual diameter of six inches when you count the grill. And you can get a six-and-a-half-inch speaker, which has a seven-inch actual diameter with the grill. They can come in multiple colors depending on the wattage that you choose. They may be black, white, or silver. And you can get wattages from 30 watts, 60 watts, 65 watts, and 75 watts.
Your grill pattern can also vary slightly depending on the wattage and size of your speaker. These are marine-grade speakers, so they're gonna be protected from the elements. So you can mount these both inside and outside. So whether you're using them for your interior entertainment center in your RV, an exterior entertainment system, or just for an audio system in your boat, they're gonna do that job.No matter what size or wattage you get, it's gonna be a dual-cone speaker, having a center tweeter made of mylar, and a larger woofer cone made of polypropylene. No matter which size or color you choose, they're gonna come in a quantity of two, so you'll have one for your left and right channel. We've mounted a pair of the five-inch cone, 30 watt speakers, on the interior of our RV here. They're hidden behind the factory grills that are located here, replacing some blown speakers.
We've got one located on each side. We ran the wiring from the speaker down to our audio unit here. We went ahead and used the existing wiring that was already in place, so we didn't have to do too many changes. But if necessary, you can run completely new wires. Now you can enjoy your new sound system inside your vehicle. If you're adding new speakers, and you're running your own wire, you'll have a positive and negative on your speaker.
You'll just route those wires to your audio unit, and connect it to the positive and negative for its particular channel. So we have ours installed on the positive and negative for the front right as well as for the front left. There's four mounting holes included on each speaker. There is no mounting hardware included, so you have to source your own. The type of hardware you're gonna use is dependent upon the surface on which you're gonna be mounting it. If you're gonna be doing a flush-mount style where it's on the outside of your RV, you will need to make sure that you cut out a hole large enough to fit both the magnet and all of the electronic wiring here.
That's gonna vary depending on the size speaker that you purchase as well as the wattage because larger wattages may have a slightly larger magnetic cone here on the back. You just run your hardware through those. You may need to drill holes for those if you're gonna use nuts and bolts. If you're gonna be placing it like we did in our RV here, we we're able to just butt it up, and run screws through the back right into the wood to mount it behind the paneling. And that completes our look at Jensen's line of marine speakers.

Excellent as always
Very nice product for the money
I really like the availability of information regarding the transaction throughout the entire process !
I tried 3 different speakers from Amazon. None of them work. I bought the speakers from etrailer work perfect.
I gave them 4 starts as the box they came in was not the original box. It was marked 6 1/2 inch and the box was all beat to hell. They repair the box before shipping with several layers of tape. I tossed the box so I don’t care.
Good price, fast shipping great customer service
Ordering was easy and service prompt. The speakers ended up being an exact match of what was on the coach. Shipping was very quick and it arrived when they said it would.
These were exactly what I ordered and needed. The process of the order to the delivery time was swift and easy. I will be sure to come visit etrailer when I am looking for more items.
Thank you!

Perfect replacement for the oem speakers on my fw trailer. etrailer came through again as they usually do.
Easy to install and work perfectly
I experience a hail storm a week ago. Our RV was outside being prepped for a trip. When I saw the damage I was devastated, etrailer was my first thought. I was elated to find an exact match replacement for my trailer! I love the clarity, sound and well made outdoor speakers . Thank U etrailer
Ordered two speakers and only received one.
Emailed and left messages with no response
Perfect replacement for older speakers in our trailer. Sound great.
Speakers are what I expected, maybe even better. I would have wanted the screws to attached the speakers but I am pretty sure I have some lying around.
Fast shipping. Great customer service.
The speakers sound great. The hole in my Kodiak was a little small so we had to sand the hole about 1/32 large.
They were good speakers, but they were not Jensen.
So far, so good! Got these as a direct replacement for the external speakers on our RV. We are currently touring AK for the summer, so due to the weather and the mosquitoes, we have only used them once one our trip!
The speakers were good but there were no mounting screws and mounting gasket which should automatically come with the speakers. I was very disappointed with that.
Purchased these speakers to replace the original speakers on our RV. Easy installation and sound so much better than the original speakers.
Awesome customer service .. FAST shipping ... great prices !
